Delivery Information

By ordering from Trust Pet Products Ltd you are accepting all the terms & conditions set out. Our minimum order is £400 +VAT and we only deliver to commercial addresses, on our own vehicles and within our delivery range. Please contact us for further information.

Returns

If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via e-mail in the first instance using the details on our Contact Us page. Please ensure you give details of name, account code, reference number, contact number and the relevant information.

All damages must be clearly noted on the Delivery Note. Please note that signing "unchecked" is not acceptable and all damged must be noted at the point of delivery with the driver. We will require images of the damaged item with the packaging. Claims without supporting evidence or in sufficient information may be rejected. 

Any items to be returned other than those damaged, must be in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

We will arrange collection of the item when we next deliver to you. You should expect to receive your credit note within four weeks of the return, however in may cases it will be quicker.

Cancellation

In the event you have submitted your order and you wish to cancel, you must notify us by telephone within 4 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been picked or in the process of being picked there will be a £20 re-stocking charge applied to your account.
